When can I rent a unit?

Unlike many storage facilities we are very flexible and can make appointments 7 days a week. We have a manager on site during normal business hours and we also make after hours appointments. Give us a call anytime, we answer the phone!

Do I need to bring a lock?

No, at the time of rental we have a 1 time fee that includes your lock. It is a brand new disk lock with 2 keys, it is yours to keep when you leave. These are the best locks in the industry and will keep your unit secure.

Do you offer rental insurance for the items I am storing?

Yes, we offer coverage for your items through Tenant Property Protection. For a small fee each month you can purchase $3,000 or $5,000 worth of coverage. There is NO deductible and your items are covered at replacement value. We highly recommend this protection for your items you are storing.

How much notice do I need to give before moving out?

We do not require a notice, just remove all your items, remove your lock, and close the door. We do appreciate a call letting us know you are vacating.

When do I have access to my unit?

You can access your unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How can I pay my bill?

We make it easy to pay your bill and have many options:

Enroll in Automatic Payment and your credit card will be charged each month for your payment. This is the most popular method and assures your payment will be made hassle free!

Payments are accepted by credit card over the phone and in person.

Checks can be mailed or dropped in the office drop-box

When is my rent due?

Rent is always due on the 1st day of the month
